It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.
Online Bill Pay | Bill Notification | Automatic Bank Drafts
In our efforts to better serve you we now offer automatic bank drafts. Bring a check to the office and we will set you up! We also continue to take major credit and debit cards - Visa, Master Card and Discover. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card online or over the phone, for a convenience fee our processors charge. To pay your bill online you will need to know your account number and the current the last 4 digits of your phone number. For more information, click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button, located above or at the bottom of this page. You will need to set up a profile to sign up for automatic payments, text-to-pay or for Electronic Bill Notification. If you do not need/want these services, use QuickPay.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. Please note Account number on checks and money orders. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. There is a Drop Box located outside our office with Payment envelopes for your convenience. Please do not drop off Cash outside. We accept cash, check, or money orders in our office. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Starting in February 2019, customers will see a new line on their bills – “Texas Water Development Loan Surcharge.” The surcharge is a payment towards the loan. The surcharge is based on a percentage of the total amount of water your household and/or business uses in a given billing month.

DOXO is a payment site that acts as if it is related to CMWSC. It is NOT. They take payments for your water bill, but then send it to us at a much later date. Do not use them. It could affect your water being cut off for non-payment.
Use our bill pay. This will take you to Heartland, our credit card processor. Your payment will be immediately available to us and you are credited with your payment the same day.
